Today, we have 9 portfolio company headquarters located throughout the United States in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, Alabama & Texas. We also manufacture outside the U.S. in South Korea & China.
How We Operate
Our portfolio companies are owned and operated on a decentralized basis with independent management and independent boards of directors. The companies collaborate collectively under The Reserve Group (TRG) name. Our companies are structured as separate legal entities in order to minimize investment risk and maximize independent shareholder returns. Our management company (TRG) oversees the most critical services and provides support across our portfolio.
We are actively engaged and involved in providing regular strategic and business planning support. We encourage our leaders to take measured risks, question the norms, and innovate for the future. Our proven track record of long-term ownership is seen in the companies under management for 40+ years.
We work with and review our portfolio companies on a continuous basis to strategically identify possible add-on acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestiture opportunities.
