In conjunction with our investors, we are actively pursuing opportunities in the middle market with revenues between $20 and $100 million. 
We have no minimum EBITDA requirement.

Transaction Types

Assisting to acquire a stable and growing business is ideal, but we also pursue a multitude of other transaction types: underperforming and operationally challenged businesses, corporate carve outs and distressed or restructuring bankruptcy situations.

Industries

The majority of our management experience is with industrial manufacturing businesses, but we will also consider acquisitions outside of this focus for the right opportunity.
